Hexense is a platform company founded by an engineer who has worked inside enterprise software for more than thirty years: process design, go-live and reporting projects on Canias, SAP and IFS; more than 500 companies and more than 2,000 users. Two patents in smart cooling and AI-driven energy optimization.
That is why Hexense is built on enterprise work rather than being a chat tool: we lived the problem on the customer side first.

To unite an organization’s recorded knowledge with the knowledge that lives in its team in a single working memory, and to make AI a real assistant to teams.

Why we exist
We saw the same thing in every ERP project: who was waiting for what, why a decision was made, what was left hanging — it all stayed between people. AI sped this picture up; it enlarged the context but didn’t carry it. Hexense was founded for this gap: agents work on top of the team’s shared context.
Four rules
- No claim we can’t demonstrate. Anything not yet working is labeled “in development”; we don’t give dates.
- Your data stays on your side. Cloud or your own server; we agree in writing, before setup, on which information goes where.
- Your source system stays in place. We don’t try to replace your ERP, accounting or production system; it still owns the record.
- We also say what we don’t do. What an architecture doesn’t do is part of the architecture too.
